Between 2009 and 2018 DECIPHer was developed as a strategic partnership between Cardiff University (led by Professor Simon Murphy), University of Bristol (led by Professor Rona Campbell) and Swansea University (led by Professor Ronan Lyons), with funding from UKCRC. Since 2020, DECIPHer continues to be led by Professor Simon Murphy, Cardiff University with funding from Health and Care Research Wales.
