We are pleased to announce our first annual report, spanning April 2020 to March 2021, as a Health and Care Research Wales funded research centre.
This year has seen a number of firsts for DECIPHer, with a new funder, collaborators, programme leaders and a renewed scientific focus. We have made great progress in developing our research programme around healthy public policy, organisations and settings, social relationships and methodological innovation and we have secured major research income and creating new posts for Wales.
Simon Murphy, Director of DECIPHer, says:
Compiling the annual report gave us a chance to reflect on our outputs and achievements this year. As a team we are particularly proud of being able to secure funding for the new Wolfson Centre of Young People’s Mental Health and play active roles in supporting the development of Welsh Government policy during the pandemic.”
