Brief Overview of the Course
This interactive online training session, run by ALPHA (DECIPHer’s research advisory group of young people), Health and Care Research Wales and DECIPHer, is for researchers who wish to involve children and young people in the design and conduct of their research.
Please note a certificate of attendance will only be issued if delegates complete all elements of the training.
What will I learn?
Following the training, participants will be able to:
• Identify the principles and practice of involving children and young people in research.
• Identify practical methods, facilitators, barriers, and the impact of involving young people.
• Develop strategies for researchers to involve young people.
